• What kind of menu do you offer?

  Enjoy dishes featuring ingredients simply grilled on our teppanyaki counter to highlight their natural flavors. Additionally, we offer a rich variety of dishes combining Kanagawa Prefecture vegetables with Yokohama Royal Park Hotel's long-beloved signature “Roast Beef”, along with steaks, hamburgers, and our classic hotel curry.

• Can you accommodate food allergies?

  We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs whenever possible.

  〈 Regarding Food Allergy Accommodations 〉
  

  • We confirm ingredient information based on details provided by our suppliers and manufacturers.
  • All menu items are prepared in the same kitchen as our other offerings. While we take care in our cooking processes, shared kitchen spaces and equipment mean that trace amounts of allergens may be present.
  • For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens.
    In cases where severe allergic reactions may occur, we prioritize our guests' safety and may regretfully be unable to serve the meal.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
    We kindly ask that reservations be made at your own discretion after fully understanding the above information.
    Additionally, as it may be difficult to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit, please be sure to consult with us in advance.

  While we will endeavor to accommodate requests regarding disliked ingredients whenever possible, please note that availability of ingredients and menu composition may limit our ability to meet all requests.
  Additionally, we kindly ask for your understanding that the specific details of any adjustments are left to the discretion of our kitchen.

• Do you have private rooms?

  We have one private room available that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
  Whether for a group meal, a business dinner, or a celebratory gathering, you can enjoy a relaxed dining experience in a private setting.

• Can the restaurant be reserved for private events?

  Private bookings are available. Please call the restaurant directly for reservations or inquiries. Details are below.

  ◆ Price: From JPY 8,000
  ◆ This plan is limited to weekday events. Please inquire if you wish to hold your event on weekends, holidays, or during specific periods like Christmas or New Year's.

• Are there regular holidays?

  We do not have regular holidays. However, we are closed only on January 1st and during the statutory inspection days in February, in accordance with the closure schedule of Yokohama Landmark Tower and Landmark Plaza facilities.

• Are children allowed?

  Children are welcome in all seating areas (including the main hall and private rooms).

• Are there any dress code rules for guests?

  There are no specific dress code rules.

• Can I use THE Club Royal Park Hotels member benefits?

  THE Club members can use both discounts and point benefits (earning/using points).
  Please note that registration for the Royal Park Hotels App is required.
  Previous membership cards are no longer valid, and services are available only upon presentation of the digital membership card via the app.

• Can Royal Park Hotels gift certificates be used?

  Yes, they can be used.

• Can Minato Mirai Points be used?

  Yes, both earning and usage are available.

• Is there a service charge?

  No service charge is applied.

• Is parking available?

• Can floral arrangements or cakes be arranged?

  We are unable to arrange floral arrangements at the restaurant.
  Guests are welcome to bring their own at no additional charge;
  please inform us in advance.
  Please note that arrangements will be stored at room temperature, and we cannot guarantee their condition.

  Anniversary Cakes: Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
  Party Cakes: Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
  Please contact the restaurant ahead of time to place your order.Kindly note that outside cakes are not permitted.

• Is there a nursing room?

  There is none inside the store. The Landmark Plaza 4F has a “Baby Rest Room”. It has diaper changing tables, a nursing room, and a bottle warmer. Please use it.

• Is wheelchair access available?

  Yes, it is available.
  Please note that the teppan counter has a step.
